William E. Bell's Obituary
William E. Bell, 84, of Acworth, died Monday, November 30, 2015. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 Tuesday afternoon in the chapel of Collins Funeral Home with Dr. Scotty Davis officiating. A native and lifelong resident of Acworth, Mr. Bell retired as a freight handler from Central Truck Lines and was a member of Piney Grove Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Graham Bell and a daughter, Barbara Lynn Chappell. Surviving are a daughter, Terry Ann Bell; grandchildren, Beth (Kyle) Moody and David Williams; great grandchildren, Evelynn Moody and Cody Moody; son in law, Robert Chappell; siblings, Jack, Jimmy, Billy, Bobby, Junior, Sandra, and Linda; several nieces and nephews also survive. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society at www.cancer.org or 1825 Barrett Lakes Blvd. Suite 280 Kennesaw, GA 30144. The family will receive friends prior to the memorial service on Tuesday from 2:00 until 3:00 PM at Collins Funeral Home 4947 North Main St. Acworth, GA 30101.
