Voncille C. Freeland, 96, of Acworth, died Sunday, July 24, 2016.  Funeral services will be held at 11:30 Sunday morning, July 31st, in the chapel of Collins Funeral Home with Mr. Bobby Freeland officiating.  Burial will follow at 1:30 PM in Arlington Memorial Park in Sandy Springs.  Mrs. Freeland was born in Moultrie and had lived in Acworth since 2007.  She was a retired employee of Jim Letts Oldsmobile and was of the Baptist Faith.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Thora Freeland and children, Peggy Peck, Tommy Thora Freeland, and Jerry Dale Freeland.  Two brothers and one sister also preceded her in death.  Surviving are her son, Bobby Freeland of Acworth; 9 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews also survive.  The family will receive friends on Saturday from 4:00 until 6:00 PM at Collins Funeral Home 4947 North Main St. Acworth, GA 30101 770-974-3133.
