Mr. Thomas "Tommy" Cargile Sr, 78 of Acworth,  died Saturday, May 10, 2025. He worked in the roofing industry for many years. Tommy is survived by his sons, Thomas "Timmy" Cargile Jr, of Silver Creek, GA , Alan Cargile of Acworth, GA and William "Peanut" Wilbanks Cartersville, GA; Sister Shirley Depree of Cartersville, GA, and special friend Cynthia Conn of Acworth, GA. Four grandchildren Whitney Cargile, Courtney Vice, Heather Knight, and Crystal Cargile. He also had eight great grandchildren Kelsie Owens, Noah Richards, Rieley Peace, Haloe Knight, Noelle Knight, Kaylen Cargile, Adalyn McDaniel, Jaxson Vice, and Paw Paw to many others.  Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 17, 2025 at 11:00am in the chapel of Collins Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Rolling Hills Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday, May 17, 2025 from 9:00am - 11:00am at the funeral home.
