Tammy Sue Motte was born Tammy Sue Adams to parents Raymond and Anna Adams on February 22, 1960, in West Virginia.

Tammy came from a close-knit family with three sisters, Sheila, Vickie, and Donna, and three brothers, Ray, Rodger, and Robert.

She married the love of her life, Horace Eugene Motte, on June 2, 1983, in Virginia.

She leaves behind her husband of 43 years, Eugene; three children, Deonna (Jamie), Adam (Jackie), and Andrew; five grandchildren, Chelsea, James, Joshua, Troy, and Haley; and three great-grandchildren, Haven, Audrey, and Timber.

She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews, along with her beloved puppies, Macy and Charlie.
