Sarah Young's Obituary
Sarah Young, 72, of Acworth, died Tuesday, August 28, 2018. A visitation will be held from 1:00 until 3:00 on Saturday afternoon with a brief service following at 3:00. Pastor Barry Newman will officiate. Mrs. Young will be cremated following the service. Mrs. Young was a retired manager of Sheffield's Convenience store. She was a member of the Red Hat Society and the Women's Auxiliary of the VFW. Sarah was preceded in death by her husband, Archie Young and her daughter, Lesia Lear. Surviving are her daughter, Belinda (Rick) Comptois; son, Paul (Elva) Grimm; grandchildren, Mikie, Chris, Josh, Kristina, Brandy, Richard, Jennifer, Staci and Kyle; great grandchildren, Andrew, Brady, Americus and Cohen; sisters, Linda (B. Elliott) Boyett, Carolyn (Sammy) Lee and Cynthia Strickland, several nieces and nephews also survive. Collins Funeral Home 4947 N. Main St. Acworth, GA 30101 770-974-3133.
