Roy Clifton Chance, 79, of Acworth died Friday, March 9, 2018. Funeral Services will be Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at 2pm at Shady Grove Baptist Church in Acworth with Rev. Nathan Chance and Rev. Barry Chance officiating. The body will be at the church from 1-2pm.  Interment will follow in Rolling Hills Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends Monday from 4-8pm at Collins Funeral Home in Acworth. Mr. Chance was a veteran of the United States Army and was a member of American Legion Post 304. He was also a member of Shady Grove Baptist Church in Acworth. He retired from Lockheed where he worked as a dispatcher. Mr. Chance is preceded in death by his wife, Helen Marie Gayton Chance and his parents, Ben and Annie Chance. He is survived by his daughters, Karen (Tim) Brown and Cheryl (John) Carson; Son, Barry (Marie) Chance; grandchildren, Brittany Chance, Joshua Michael Carson, Ashley Lynn Carson, Matthew Timothy Brown and Rebecca Marie Brown; brothers, Oles Chance, Jimmy Chance and Paul Chance.
