Mr. Ronald C. Haney, 86, of Cartersville, GA, passed away on Saturday, September 11, 2021. He was born 1-7-1935 in Emerson Georgia, to the late Dock E Haney, and Alma L Patterson. Ronald was preceded in death by his brothers, Robert Haney, and Hollis Haney; sisters, Lenna Goss, Willy Ray McPherson, and Lorene Ferguson; and his son, Jeff Haney. He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Barbara L Haney; his brothers, Barry Haney, Kerry Haney, and his sister Patricia Johnsey; h is daughter Janine Barnett; daughter-in-law, Debbie Haney; grandchildren, Michael Barnett, Holly Garrett and her husband, Ray Garrett, Christopher Haney, and Kristen Haney; great-grandchildren, Evelyn and Morgan Garrett as well as many nieces and nephews.

Ronald was a longtime employee of Union Carbide (Glad, Clorox) and Morse Brakes. He loved to travel, make unique lamps, enjoyed spending time with his family, and playing pretend with Evie and Morgie. He will be Missed, but always Remembered.

A graveside service will be held at Emerson Cemetery, Emerson, GA, on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at 1:00PM.
