Rita Westbrooks Parks, 49, of Dallas, passed away on Tuesday, January 19, 2021.  A graveside service will be held at Crossroads Baptist Church Cemetery on Saturday January 23, 2021 at 11:00am.  Rita was an advisory board member to the Hiram Assembly #84, of the International Order of the Rainbow for Girls, and a member of Crossroads Baptist Church.

She is survived by her daughter, Allyson Campbell; brother, Dwight Westbrooks; Aunts, Lois Lacy, and Ann Clackum; as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
