Modean Croy's Obituary
Modean Croy, 91, of Acworth, died Monday, October 24, 2016. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 Thursday afternoon in the chapel of Collins Funeral Home with the Rev. Michelle Bannister officiating. Burial will follow in Georgia Memorial Park. A native of Cherokee County, Mrs. Croy was a homemaker and a member of Gateway International Church of God in Kennesaw. She is preceded in death by husband Earl Croy. Surviving are her children, Peggy McPherson of Acworth, Jerry (Nell) Croy of Marietta and Carol Croy of Dahlonega; 7 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild and several nieces and nephews also survive. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Heartland Hospice Memorial Fund P. O. Box 10086 Toledo, Ohio 43699. Online condolences may be expressed at www.collinsfuneralhome.org.
