Mildred Danner Bowen's Obituary
Mildred Danner Bowen, 84, of Mabelton, died Sunday, December 27, 2015. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 Wednesday afternoon in the chapel of Collins Funeral Home with the Rev. Randy Hall officiating. Burial will be in Liberty Hill Cemetery. A native of Alabama, Ms. Bowen had lived in Mableton for most of her life. She was retired from Unity Mortgage as a controller. Surviving are her children, Phillip R. (Cheryl) Hall of Cumming, Randy C. (Vickie) Hall of Marietta, Pamela L. (Douglas) Henn of Douglasville and Hulon T. Thackston, Jr. of Mableton; 7 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild also survive. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society at
