Mary Margaret Rosengren, 72, of Marietta, died Saturday, March 31, 2018.  The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 6:00, with a memorial service starting at 6:00 on Tuesday evening, April 10, 2018 at Marietta Funeral Home Chapel.

Mary was a sweet, beautiful woman, and the mother of 3 children: Barbara, Erik and Ken. She was a loving wife to her husband, Erik, of 50 yrs. She worked for Cobb County Board of education for 31 years as a substitute, paraprofessional, and secretary. She loved what she did and the impact she had on middle school children

Mary had countless friends from work and also from her very social life with Erik.  She will be greatly missed by her grandchildren and great grandchildren who call her Grandma or Gaga.

Mary loved to shop, and when I mean loved to shop that might be an understatement.  She was the trendiest 72 yr old woman you have ever met. When she found something she liked, she bought every color. Which was very often!

Mary left us too soon, in fact, Erik was probably in the middle of a golf round or hand of poker when she got there. Even though our hearts hurt so bad from this great loss, we should rejoice because Mary is now reunited with the love of her life who we lost last year. She finally has no more pain in her hands, her neck and mostly her heart.
