Martha Evelyn Hayes died peacefully on July 7, 2017 surrounded by her family who loved her so very much.  She was the daughter of the late Nannie and Charles T. Sudduth. Martha was born in Atlanta, Georgia on July 3, 1939 and graduated from Murphy High School and Massey Business College. Martha will be missed by Richard Vonde Hayes, her husband of 59 years; her two sons, Rich (Laurisa) of Kennesaw and Jeff (Jeannie) of Kennesaw; four loving grandchildren, Taylor, Katie, Austin and Maddie; two sisters, Charlotte Pyle and Betty Griggs and a brother, Bill Sudduth.  Martha attended Noonday Baptist Church in Marietta.  Visitation for Mrs. Hayes will be held at Marietta Funeral Home from 9-11am on Monday, July 10, 2017 immediately followed by a memorial service at 11:00am.  Interment will be at a later date.  Flowers will be accepted, however if anyone wishes, donations may be made to Noonday Baptist Church, Marietta, Georgia.
