Loretta Johnson Adams, 70 of Kennesaw died Friday March 25, 2016. Funeral Services will be 2 PM Tuesday at the Collins Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jimmy Sutton and Rev. Scottie Davis officiating. Burial will be in the Kennesaw City Cemetery. Mrs Adams was a native of Milledgeville GA and lived most of her life in Kennesaw. She retired after 18 years of service from Kennestone Hospital. She was a Referral Coordinator. She was a longtime member of Eastwood Baptist Church and most currently was a member of Piney Grove Baptist Church in Acworth.  Survivors are her husband James Hugh "Jim" Adams; Daughters Kim Adams (Eddie) Conine; Kathy Adams (Scott) Webb and Nicole Adams (Jamie) Giroir all of Kennesaw. Sister Ann Hodges of Covington; Grandchildren Brittney (Jordan) Ryle; Katy Beth Trotter; Betsy Manston; James David Trotter; Kimberly Giroir; Andrew Manston; Madison Giroir. Great Grand Children Noah Ryle; Addy Lane Ryle and awaiting the arrival of Teagan Chavez. The family will receive friends from 5 until 8 PM Monday evening at Collins Funeral Home 4947 North Main Street Acworth, GA 30101
