Linda Wilson's Obituary
Linda Wilson, 62, of Acworth, died Thursday, May 12, 2016. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 Wednesday afternoon in the chapel of Collins Funeral Home with the Rev. Josh James officiating. Burial will follow in Liberty Hill Cemetery. Serving as pall bearers are Tristin Henderson, Dalton Wilson, Dillon Wilson, Larry Wilson, Michael Wilson, and Jamey McBee. A native of Cartersville, Mrs. Wilson had lived in Acworth for many years. She was a retired employee of the Lacey Rug Mill in Cartersville and attended Millers Chapel in White. Surviving are her husband of 40 years, John Wilson of Acworth; children, Larry Wilson of Florida, Michael Wilson and Mandy Wilson both of Acworth; grandchildren, Catherine Jenkins, Desiree Wilson, Dillon Wilson, Dalton Wilson, Tristin Henderson, and Treselle Burnett; brother, David (Sharon) Bohannan of Cartersville; sisters, JoAnn (Austin) Godfrey and Patricia (James) Martin, both of Cartersville; Several nieces and nephews also survive.
