June C. Parks , 87, of Marietta, died Thursday, June 22, 2017.  Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 26th at 11am in the chapel of Marietta Funeral Home with Dr. Wayne Fain officiating.  Interment will follow on Tuesday, June 27th at 11am at the Marietta National Cemetery.

Survivors include her daughters, Jenny S. Volpe (Tom) of Kennesaw, Joni M. Gober (Greg) of Dallas, and Judy L. Parks of Dallas; son, Jon T. Parks (Terri) of Powder Springs; sister, Betty Gamble of Albany; grandchildren, Connor R. Volpe (Mandy), Melissa L. Volpe, Hallie L. Parks, Madison L. Gober, and Cole Gober; and great grandchildren, Parker Volpe and Fallon Volpe.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, June 25 from 5-8pm at Marietta Funeral Home.  Flowers will be accepted, however anyone wishing to do so may make donations to the WellStar Kennestone Cancer Center, 320 Kennestone Hospital Blvd, Suite 137 Marietta, GA 30060 in memory of June C.
