Joyce Cochran Balthrop, 77, of Snellville, passed away on Tuesday, December 14, 2021.  A graveside service will be held at 1:15 pm Friday, December 17 ^th in the Rolling Hills Memory Gardens with the Rev. Mark Harris officiating.

Ms. Balthrop is preceded in death by her mother, Inis Cochran and husband, Eugene Balthrop.  She is survived by her son, Travis (Claire) Smith; daughters, Regina (Donny) Walters and Tamara (Chris) Edwards; sister, Lynn Cochran; (11) grandchildren and great grandchildren also survive.

The family will receive friends on Friday, December 17 ^th from 11:00 am – 12:45 pm at the funeral home.
