Joseph G. Turney, 71, of Dallas, passed away Tuesday, April 25, 2023. A memorial service will be held, 7:00pm Monday evening, May 1, 2023, in the Hopewell Baptist Church in Canton, GA. Joe had a very kind soul and loved gardening and exercise. Joe is survived by his wife of 34 years, Maria Turney of Dallas; brother, Patrick O'Neal Emanuel of Woodstock; sister, Ramona Rose (Truman) Milling of Alvin, TX; numerous cousins, nieces & nephews also survive.
