Joseph Elmer Ludwig, 65, of Kennesaw, died Friday, December 29, 2016.  Funeral services with full military honors will be held at 12:30 PM on Wednesday, January 4, 2017 in the Georgia National Cemetery.  Mr. Ludwig retired from the US Army and was Roman Catholic.  Surviving are his wife, Etta Ludwig of Kennesaw; daughters, Jessica (Shawn) Wright of Acworth and Jennifer (James) Zuelch of Westminster, MD; grandchildren, Bella Zuelch, Jacob Zuelch, and Shawn M. Wright; sister, Linda Sumpter of Louisville, KY; brother, Larry Ludwig of Charlestown, IN; several nieces and nephews also survive.  Collins Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
