Jerry Bragg, 64, of Acworth passed away Friday, June 25, 2021. Services will be held Wednesday, June 30th at 11am at Summit Baptist Church in Acworth with Pastor Lee Gambrell officiating and close friend Matthew Pope speaking. Burial will follow at Piney Grove Cemetery in Acworth. Jerry was a longtime resident of Acworth and was employed at Lockheed Martin for 37 years. He was known and loved by so many and spent his time being with his family and friends, riding his motorcycle and living life to the fullest. He will be missed by so many. He is survived by his wife, Jane McPherson Bragg; sons, Jody Bragg and Jeremy Bragg both of Acworth; daughter, Julie Bragg of Acworth; granddaughter and the light of his life, Chloe Harris of Acworth; brother, Larry Bragg (Sam) of Kennesaw; sister, Sherry Baxter of Florida. He is also survived by nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be his closet friends and one last time they will be there for him and his family as they have always been for so many years. Pallbearers are Doug Cox, Lonnie Cox, Mark Gallman, Joey Hamby, Steve Biddy and Bobby Land. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 29th from 5-8pm at Collins Funeral Home in Acworth.
