James Allen Williams' Obituary
James Allen Williams, 64, of Acworth, died Wednesday, March 27, 2019. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 Sunday afternoon in the chapel of Collins Funeral Home with the Rev. Jim Chidester officiating. Burial will follow in Rolling Hills Memory Gardens. Mr. Williams was born in Marietta and had lived in Acworth for 43 years. He was employed with the Cobb County Board of Education as a master electrician and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. Surviving are his wife, Carol Williams; sons, Matthew (Angela) Williams and Thomas (Kelly) Williams; grandchildren, Cody, Kristina, Kerriann, and Torrey; great grandchildren, Zayden, Labron, and Jhett; siblings, Teresa Cole, Rose Harp, George Williams, and Tony Williams; several nieces and nephews also survive. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 8:00 on Saturday evening at Collins Funeral Home, 4947 North Main St. Acworth, GA 30101 770-974-3133.
