James Richard "Jimmy" Swindler's Obituary
James Richard "Jimmy" Swindler, 37, of Acworth, died Monday, November 28, 2016. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 Friday afternoon in the chapel of Collins Funeral Home with Mr. Bradley Swindler officiating. Mr. Swindler will be cremated following the funeral service. A native of Louisville, Kentucky, Mr. Swindler had lived in Acworth for several years. He was employed as an installer with H. E. Hodge. Surviving are his sons, Timothy James Swindler and David Allen Swindler, both of Acworth; parents, Renee and Bill McCarty of Acworth and Rick and Sandi Swindler of Louisville, KY; brothers, Bradley Swindler of Cartersville and Shawn Swindler of Louisville, KY; grandparents, Dorothy Walkup and John and Lois McCarty, all of Louisville, KY; one niece, one nephew, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins also survive. The family will receive friends prior to the funeral service on Friday from 12:00 until 2:00 PM at Collins Funeral Home 4947 North Main St. Acworth, GA 30101 770-974-3133.
