James H. Hutson, 73, of Acworth died Thursday, November 30, 2017. Funeral Services will be Saturday, December 2, 2017 at 11am in the chapel of Marietta Funeral Home with Rev. Verney Worley and Rev. Dale Hutson officiating. Interment will follow in Enon Cemetery in Woodstock.

Mr. Hutson was a native of Canton, Georgia and lived most of his life in Cherokee County before moving to Acworth most recently. He was a Milling Machine Operator with Lockheed and retired in 1995. Mr. Hutson was a member of Elizabeth Baptist Church. He was an unselfish, loving husband, father and grandfather and spent his spare time enjoying what he loved, woodworking and antique cars.

He is survived by his wife Pat Randall Hutson; daughter, Angie Mooneyhan of Woodstock; son, James Greg Hutson of Villa Rica and 5 grandchildren.

The family will receive friends Friday, December 1, 2017, from 5-8pm at the funeral home.
