Jack Banister, 90, of Woodstock, passed away on Friday, August 24, 2018.  A funeral service will be held at Woodstock Christian Church, 7700 Highway 92, Woodstock, GA 30189, on Saturday, August 25, 2018 at 11:30am, with Pastor Lynn Eynon, Pastor Kirby Lloyd, and Pastor Larry McNorton officiating.  Burial will follow at Rolling Hills Memory Gardens.

Mr. Banister was a native of Cumming, GA and moved to Woodstock in 1969.  He attended Berry College and was the owner and operator of the Banister Insurance Agency.  He was also a charter member of Woodstock Christian Church. Mr. Banister is survived by his Wife, Bessie Banister, or Woodstock.
