Obituary

H. Ray Williams, 85, of Canton, GA, died Tuesday, January 8, 2019. Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 12th at 11:00 am in the chapel of Marietta Funeral Home with Rev. Jim Lilley and Rev. Jim Law officiating.  Burial will be at Georgia National Cemetery.  Mr. Williams is survived by his wife of 64 years, Donna Justice Williams; sons, Tony Williams of Canton, Dale Williams of Cartersville, Lynn Williams of Woodstock; daughters, India Creery of Duluth, Tammy Young of Cave Springs and Narda Williams of Canton; grandchildren, Zack Williams, Brooke Morgan, Tori Williams, Leah Martini, Jake Williams, Lindsay Bowley, Andria Pascoe, Austin Young, Kyle Young, Dylan Young, Ian Mullinax and Bella Mullinax; many great-grandchildren; brother, Paul Knight of Gulf Shores, AL.  The family will receive friends on Friday evening, January 11th from 6 until 8 pm at the Marietta Funeral Home 915 Piedmont Rd., Marietta, GA  30066, 770.422.1234.    In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Donna Williams or Cherokee Veterans Community at First Baptist Church of Woodstock at https://www.cherokeeveteranscommunity.org/donations Online condolences may be expressed at www.mariettafuneralhome.org
