Gerald E. Barron, 77, of Cartersville, passed away Wednesday, December 13, 2023.  A graveside service, with military honors, will be held on Thursday 9:30am in the Georgia National Cemetery.  He was an Army Veteran and worked for over 20 years with Gore Construction as a carpenter. Gerald also worked for the Army Corps of Engineers on the dam operations at Allatoona lake.  He was a member of the American Legion in Cartersville.

Gerald is survived by his brother, Donald L. Barron of Cartersville; half-brother, Robert Martin of White; nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews also survive.
