Freda Jean Jackson, 68, of Acworth, passed away on Wednesday, August 25, 2021. Born in Marietta, GA, Freda was a life long Georgia resident. She retired as a 911 dispatcher for Cherokee County where she worked for many years.  She loved reading, being with family, and her favorite place in the world, Panama City Beach, FL.  She is survived by her daughters, Rebecca (Derek) Wood, and Shannon (Matthew) Cameron; son, Justin Prather; sister, Pam Huggins; grandchildren, John, Sonya, Gabrielle, Alexis and Jacob; and great grandchildren, Eliana and Nevaeh.  Online condolences may be expressed at www.collinsfuneralhome.org
