Fred Howard Huggins, 89, of Acworth died Thursday, December 27, 2018. Funeral Services will be Sunday, December 30, 2018 at 2pm in the chapel of Collins Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Rolling Hills Memory Gardens.

Mr. Huggins was a native of Alabama before moving to Acworth. He retired from Lockheed Georgia as an Aeronautical Engineer. He served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict and then served in the Air National Guard. He was also a member of Acworth Masonic Lodge #176 F&AM and a member of the Order of the Eastern Star.

Mr. Huggins is pre-deceased by his wife Emma Jean Huggins; Father and Mother, Pat and Myrtle Huggins; brothers, Rayford and Curtis Huggins, Jr. He is survived by his daughters Freda Jackson and Pam Huggins; grandchildren, Shannon Cameron, Rebecca Wood and Justin Prather; 5 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 4-7pm on Saturday, December 29, 2018 at Collins Funeral Home.
