Florine White McCoy, 100, of Acworth, passed away March 22, 2023.  Funeral services will be 3:00pm Friday afternoon, March 24, 2023 in the First Baptist Church of Acworth, with Dr. David Joyner officiating.  Burial will follow in the Liberty Hill Cemetery.  A native and life long resident of Acworth, Ms. McCoy worked as a looper for Unique Knitting.  She was excellent at and enjoyed cooking and was a long time member of First Baptist Church of Acworth.  Ms. McCoy was preceded in death by her husband Watson B. McCoy and survived by her sons, Durand (Cindy) McCoy and Marcus McCoy; sister, Thelma Clark; 4 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren also survive.  The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service at the church.  Collins Funeral Home, 4947 N.
