Faye Simmons' Obituary
Faye Simmons devoted mother and grandmother, 74, of Acworth, died on Friday, April 14, 2017. A funeral service will be held at 2:00pm Wednesday, April 19 at Collins Funeral Home, 4947 North Main St. Acworth, GA 30101. Interment will follow at Liberty Hill Cemetery in Acworth, GA.
Mrs. Simmons is survived by her sons, Daniel Simmons (Cindy), of Dallas, GA and Sam Simmons (Renee), of Acworth, GA; grandchildren, Alicia Ballenger (Lance), of Dallas, GA and Kevin Simmons (Ashley), of Dallas, GA; and a great-grandson, Grayson Thomas.
The family will receive friends from 5:00pm to 9:00pm on Tuesday, April 18 at Collins Funeral Home.
