Evelyn Elaine Ratliff, 70, of Dallas, Georgia, died Tuesday, May 31, 2016. A funeral service will be held at Shiloh Hills Baptist Church on Monday, June 6, 2016 at 2:00pm with Dr. Vic Bledsoe officiating.

Mrs. Ratliff is survived by daughters, Hazel Crowe, of Lawrenceville, Angie O'Dell, of Dallas and Lisa Illobre, of Lebanon, Tennessee; son, Jim Ratliff, of Woodstock; sisters, Joyce Reed, of Dallas, Terrie Yackee, of Acworth, and Johnnie Sue Thomas of Alabama; brothers, Danny Yarbrough, of Alabama, Donnie Yarbrough, of Acworth, and Michael Yarbrough, of Alabama; along with 12 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.  She is preceded in death by her husband Jimmy Ratliff and son David Ratliff.
