Eugene Wesley Haynes, 59, of Acworth, passed away Tuesday, March 15, 2022.  Funeral services will be held, 2:00pm Thursday afternoon in the Chapel of Collins Funeral Home with Pastor Brad Dewberry officiating.  Burial will follow in the Hickory Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.  Wesley loved North Cobb baseball and to hunt and fish.  He was preceded in death by his father Ellis Eugene Haynes and mother Edna Naomi Harrison.  Wesley is survived by his fiancé, Connie "Lightning" Breeden; brother, Wayne (Sandra) Haynes; daughter, Ashley Kerr & her fiancé; stepsister Amy (Tommy) Sanford; stepbrother, Jodi (Daisy) Harrison; grandson, Devon; granddaughter, Morgan niece Emily and nephew Austin.  The family will receive friends Thursday from 12:00-2:00, prior to the service.
