Era L. Haney, 103, of Acworth, died Wednesday, July 31, 2019.  Funeral services will be held at 3:00 Sunday afternoon in the Chapel of Collins Funeral Home with the Rev. Nathan Smith officiating.  Burial will follow in Liberty Hill Cemetery.  A native and lifelong resident of Acworth, Mrs. Haney was a retired employee of E Z Mills in Cartersville and a member of the Oak Grove Baptist Church.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Ardell and Sibyl Kemp, husband Albert Haney, and 8 brothers and sisters.  Surviving are several nieces and nephews.  The family will receive friends from 4:00 until 6:00 on Saturday afternoon at Collins Funeral Home 4947 North Main St. Acworth, GA 30101 770-974-3133.
