Elsie Mclain Trippe's Obituary
Elsie McLain Trippe, 81, of Acworth, died Wednesday, December 5, 2018. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 Friday afternoon at the graveside in Liberty Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Trippe was born in Atlanta but had lived in the Kennesaw/Acworth area for most of her life. She retired as a self-employed real estate broker/developer and was a member of the Kennesaw United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, George William "Bill" Trippe and is survived by her children, Chuck (Kathy) Trippe, Tia (Phillip) Robertson, and Rene Trippe, all of Acworth; grandchildren, Charlie, Traci, Nathan, and Ian; great granddaughters, Peyton and Reagan; sister, Suellen (Danny) King of Canton; several nieces and nephews also survive. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Calvary Baptist Children's Home at

. The family will receive friends prior to the funeral service on Friday from 12:00 until 2:00 at Collins Funeral Home 4947 North Main St. Acworth, GA 30101 770-974-3133.
