Dorothy J. Sadler's Obituary
Dorothy J. Sadler, 78, of Marietta, died Thursday, August 30, 2018. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 Tuesday afternoon in the chapel of Collins Funeral Home with Pastor Mike Cronin officiating. Ms. Sadler was born in Acworth and had lived in Cobb County all of her life. She was a North Cobb High School graduate and retired as a secretary with the City of Marietta. Ms. Sadler was a member of East West Church in Austell. She is survived by her sons, John (Marla) Sadler of Brookhaven and Steven (Brooke) Sadler of Dallas; grandchildren, Haven Sadler, Christopher Sadler, Jessica Sadler, and James Sadler; brother, J. C. (Barbara) Puryear, Jr. of Morganton; Special niece, Carol Kilgore along with several other nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends prior to the memorial service on Tuesday from 1:00 until 2:00 PM at Collins Funeral Home 4947 North Main St. Acworth, GA 30101 770-974-3133.
