Donna S. Farmer , more commonly known as "Nana Donna", 84, of Marietta, died Tuesday, August 22, 2017.  The funeral service will be at 2:00pm on Friday, August 25 at Elizabeth Baptist Church, Marietta, GA.  Interment will follow at Kennesaw Memorial Park.

Mrs. Farmer was a member of the Noonday Baptist Association Builders for Christ, and a very involved member of Elizabeth Baptist Church, she remained very active until her retirement at age 80. She loved to travel and was very involved in mission work. She loved her family very much especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She treasured each and every moment of life and was a very devout Christian mom to her children, Nana to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Farmer is survived by her daughters; Denise Allen (Keith), Teri Farmer; son, Gary Farmer (Jennifer); 10 grandchildren, Todd Bishop (Kassidi), Jessique Brown, Dustin Allen (Leeanna), McKenzie Gallant (Matt), Dylan Allen, Cayla McBee (Brian), Cymon, Will, Adam and Julie Farmer and 13 great-grandchildren, brother-in-law, Edward Ingram; as well as many friends and family.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, August 24 at Marietta Funeral Home from 4:00pm to 8:00pm and on Friday, August 25 at Elizabeth Baptist Church from 1:00pm to 2:00pm.  Online condolences may be expressed at www.mariettafuneralhome.org
