Dollie M. Moon's Obituary
Dollie M. Moon, 97, of Acworth, died Thursday, February 4, 2016. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 Saturday afternoon in the Chapel of Collins Funeral Home with the Rev. Clinton Fields officiating. Burial will follow in the Kennesaw City Cemetery. Miss Moon was born in Dalton but had lived in Cobb County for most of her life. She was a retired employee of the McLauren Corp in Marietta and was a member of the Acworth Church of God of Prophecy. Miss Moon was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie and Maude Gentry Moon, sisters, Mincie Stephens, Exie Dobbins, Estelle Braswell, Dorothy Moon, and June Moon, and her brother, Bob Moon. Surviving are nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Friends may visit prior to the funeral on Saturday from 1:00 until 2:00 PM at Collins Funeral Home 4947 North Main St. Acworth, GA 30101 770-974-3133.
