Mr. David Stanley Tedder, age 69, of Hiram passed away Sunday, April 2, 2023.

Mr. Tedder was born on November 25, 1953 in Germany to the late Mr. Edwin Tedder and the late Mrs. Beverly Joslin Tedder. Mr. Tedder proudly served his country in the United States Army. He was a hard working Father and provider for his family. He got to live his dream later in life by enjoying everyday on his houseboat with Nate and his dog Rascal. He loved his family, his dog, and his friends. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Cheryl Tedder.

Survivors include his children, David D. Tedder, Henry Petit III (Jennifer), Nancy Petit, Chrissy Burrell (Jacob), Brad Tedder (Edeliz), Jerry Tedder, and Nate Tedder; siblings, Debbie Saxton, Ted Tedder (Tina), Patsi Yarborough, Melody Tedder, Crystal Tedder, and Deana Arnez (Peter); grandchildren, Tristed Tedder, Marissa Tedder, Isabel Tedder, Katie Petit, Henry Petit IV, Jack Hulse, Haylea Beil, Ramon Toribio, Karina Toribio, Cruz Toribio, Heather Downs, Trey Downs, Nicole Gilbert, Natalie Hill, Christian Tedder, Fallon Tedder, Connor Tedder, Mercy Gould, and Grace Could; great-grandchildren, Nate Hill, Noelle Hill, and Derek Gilbert; nieces and nephews, Jimmy Saxton, Jamie Cieszynski, Josie Burch, Amanda Saxton, Greer Yarborough, Leah Yarborough, Landon Yarborough, and Barbara Horne; longtime family friends, Faye Rudd, Amanda Spriggs, Summer Spriggs, and Irene York.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, April 22, 2023 at 2:00pm from Tabernacle Baptist Church with Jacob Burrell officiating.

The family will receive friends at Tabernacle Baptist Church located at 3454 Jimmy Lee Smith Parkway Hiram, GA 30141 on Saturday, April 22nd from 1:00pm until 2:00pm.
