David Stanton's Obituary
David "Buddy Fuzzy" Stanton, 68, of Elijay, died Friday, June 24, 2016. A funeral service will be held at Marietta Funeral Home on Monday, June 27, 2016 at 2:00pm with Rev. David Chaffin officiating.
David was a huge NASCAR fan and loved watching the Georgia Bulldogs play football. He is preceded in death by his wife, Karen Stanton; son, Coby Conner; father, Frank Stanton Jr.; sisters, Carrol Joyce Smith and Debbie Stanton and brother, Frankie Stanton. He is survived by his son, David Stanton; mother, Louise Dobbs; sister, Treva Skinner and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at Marietta Funeral Home on Sunday, June 26, 2016 from 2:00pm to 6:00pm. Online condolences may be expressed at www.mariettafuneralhome.org
