David Wayne Keheley, 71,of Acworth, passed away on Friday, May 29, 2026. David lived a life full of curiosity, joy, and simple pleasures. He had a deep love for auctions, flea markets, and hunting for bargains at sales—places where he felt most at home, meeting people and discovering hidden treasures.

David was of the Baptist faith and found great comfort in visiting different churches. His faith was steady, and he enjoyed worshiping wherever he felt the spirit move him. Music was another constant in his life, especially the timeless voice of Elvis Presley, whose songs he cherished.

For more than twenty years, David worked faithfully at Jasper Lumber Company, where he built lasting friendships and took pride in his hard work.

David is survived by his daughters, April Sargent (Jr), Summer Despain (Noah), and Joanna Keheley; his sister, Cricket Creasman; and his grandchildren, Travis (Jaime), Amber (Eddie), Kynnedi, Karsyn , and his beloved grand‑dog, Blue. He also leaves behind his great‑grandchildren, Hendrix, Coltston, Aspen, Miller, Braelyn, Spencer, Theo, and Jackson, each of whom brought him joy and pride.

David will be remembered for his kind heart, his love of family, and the way he found happiness in the everyday moments of life. His presence will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew him.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, June 2, 2026 at 1:00 pm in the chapel of Collins Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 12:00 pm until the time of the service.
