Christopher Scott Clackum , 49, of Marietta, died Sunday, July 31, 2016.  Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 3, 2016 at 3pm at New Zion Baptist Church with Rev. Ray Owens and Rev. Ron Howard officiating.  Burial will follow in the New Zion Baptist Church cemetery.  Mr. Clackum was born in Marietta and worked in landscaping for the City of Marietta.    He was a member of Riverside Church of God.  Survivors include his wife, Wanda G. Clackum, of Marietta; step-sons, William Lewis and Gilbert Lewis, of Wrens, GA; mother, Ruth Clackum, of Marietta; brother, Michael Clackum, of Marietta; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.  The family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 2, 2016 from 4-9pm at Marietta Funeral Home.  For online condolences, please visit www.mariettafuneralhome.org .
