Charles Hufstetler, 71, of Emerson, died Sunday, August 18, 2019.  Funeral services will be held at 11:00 Thursday morning in the Chapel of Collins Funeral Home with the Rev. Danny Willis officiating.  Burial will follow in Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery.  He was born in Cartersville and had lived in the Cartersville/Emerson area for all of his life.  Charles was a retired carpenter and was of the Baptist faith.  He is survived by his wife, Shirley Hufstetler of Emerson; children, Cheryl Hufstetler of Emerson, Nancy (Tony) Clanton of Rockmart, Charlie (Elaine) Hufstetler of Cartersville and Cynthia (Jason) Bonner of Acworth; grandchildren, Tristian, Haley and Gavin Hufstetler, Makayla and Milea Bonner and Alexis, Megan and Isaac Clanton; sisters, Nancy Carlton of Cartersville, Sarah (Bob) Bates of Woodstock and Debra (Bruce) Hanely of Ohio; brother Robert (Kelly)Reagan of Florida.  The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 8:00 on Wednesday evening at Collins Funeral Home 4947 North Main St. Acworth, GA 30101 770-974-3133.
