Carol Williams, 67, of Acworth, passed away Monday, September 18, 2023.  Funeral services will be held 11:00am, Saturday, September 23, 2023, in the Chapel of Collins Funeral Home with the Rev. Jim Chidester officiating.  Burial will follow in the Rolling Hills Memory Gardens.  A lifelong resident of Acworth, Carol worked with the Cobb County school system as a Food Service Manager for over 15 years including Varner Elementary and Acworth Elementary schools.  She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Acworth.  Carol was preceded in death by her husband, James Williams.  She is survived by her sons, Matthew (Angela) Williams of Rome and Thomas (Kelly) Williams of Dacula; grandchildren, Cody Williams, Kerriann, Torrey and Kristina Kimbrel; 3 great grandchildren; sister, Doloris Dias of Acworth.
