Carol J. Chumley, 82, of Acworth, died Sunday, July 7, 2019.  Funeral services will be held at 11:00 Wednesday morning in the chapel of Collins Funeral Home with the Rev. Gerald McPherson and the Rev. Donnie Summey officiating.  Burial will follow in Rolling Hills Memory Gardens.  Carol was a native and lifelong resident of Acworth.  She was formerly employed at Green's Variety Store in Acworth and was a homemaker. Carol was a member of Bethesda Baptist Church in Ball Ground.  She was preceded in death by her husband Billy John Chumley and is survived by 3 sisters in law, 1 brother in law, and 16 nieces and nephews.  The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 8:00 on Tuesday evening at Collins Funeral Home 4947 North Main St. Acworth, GA 30101 770-974-3133.
