Obituary

Brandon Lafayette Jenkins, 43, passed away on December 1, 2025, in Johns Creek, Georgia. A devoted husband, loving father, cherished son, and faithful follower of Christ, Brandon leaves behind a legacy of kindness, joy, and unwavering love for his family.

Born on July 22, 1982, in Marietta, Georgia, Brandon was the beloved son of Dennis and Deborah Jenkins. He grew up surrounded by a loving family and friends. A 2000 graduate of Harrison High School, Brandon later joined his father's CPA firm, where he worked for several years. He treasured the opportunity to travel the country on business trips with his dad—memories he often spoke of with gratitude and pride. He was deeply proud of his new job at Estes Heating & Air and honored to receive his company's "Tech of the Year" award—an achievement that reflected his dedication and talent.

Brandon grew to become a man of God, deeply grounded in his belief in Jesus and secure in the salvation he professed. His faith guided the way he lived, loved, and cared for the people closest to him.

Brandon married the love of his life, Taylor Jenkins, and together they built a beautiful family. He is survived by his wife, Taylor, of Acworth, and his five children: Taylor Marshall-Jenkins, Jaxson Wallace, Rocker Jenkins, Gabriella Jenkins and Caleb Oslack. His family was the joy of his life, and he was immensely proud of his children—especially celebrating the milestone of their baptisms and his daughter attending College.

He is also survived by his parents, Dennis and Deborah Jenkins; his siblings, Chad Jenkins, Rebecca Morrison, and Bethany Jenkins; and Grandparents W.L. & Annette Hooks of Dawson, GA. He is preceded in death by his Grandparents, the late Dolph Jenkins of Preston GA and Jean Smith of Americus, GA.

Brandon lived life with genuine enthusiasm. He loved cheering at his kids' baseball games and attending orchestra performances, always the proud and supportive dad in the crowd. He was a proud Uncle deeply loved and adored by all his nephews. He found peace in trips to the beach, joy in time spent with his loving wife, and comfort in the daily conversations he shared with his mom and dad.

A visitation to honor and celebrate Brandon's life will be held at 1:00 pm on Monday December 8, 2025, at the Chapel of Collins Funeral Home in Acworth GA. A service will be held at 2:00 pm following visitation. He will be laid to rest at Liberty Hill Cemetery in Acworth, Georgia.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Brandon's name to Freedom Church, 3611 Cobb Pkwy NW, Acworth, GA 30101 or to the American Heart Association.

Brandon's life was rich in love, faith, and purpose. Though his time on earth ended far too soon, his impact will continue to shine through the lives of those who knew him and the family he cherished so deeply.

May he rest in peace and in the presence of the Savior he faithfully served.
