Betty Irene Fowler , 89, of Lilburn, died Monday, May 16, 2016.  Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 18 at 11am in the chapel of Marietta Funeral Home with Rev. Brad O'Kelley officiating.  Burial will follow at 12:30pm at the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton.

Mrs. Fowler was born in Atlanta, GA.  She worked as an office manager for Abbey Mec-tric and was a member of Mountain Park First Baptist Church of Lilburn, GA.  She is survived by her daughters, Linda Fowler Sims of Marietta and Ann Fowler Sims (Darrell) of Lilburn; 4 grandchildren, Kevin Sims (Susan), Natalie Sims Gysin, Kelly Sims, and Steven Sims; 3 great grandchildren, Erica Gysin, Will Sims, and Roland Gysin; and several nieces and nephews.
