Jean Reeves, 94, of Acworth, passed away on Monday, December 30, 2024.  A funeral service will be held at Collins Funeral Home on Sunday, January 5 at 2:00pm.  Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Cartersville.

Jean was a long time member of Hickory Grove Baptist Church, where she taught Sunday School for many years.  Family was Jean's true passion in life and she will be remembered for her kindness and loving nature.  She was loved by all and loved all in return.

Jean is preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Reeves; as well as her parents and siblings.  She is survived by her children, Rebecca Lowry (William), and Amy Reeves Edwards (Julie); grandchildren, Peyton Zieminick, and Presly Edwards; and great-grandchild, Parker Rae Zieminick.

The family will receive friends from 12:00pm to 2:00pm on Sunday, January 5 at Collins Funeral prior to the service.  Donations to the Alzheimer's Association can be made in Jean's memory.  Online condolences may be expressed at www.collinsfuneralhome.org.
